UnitedHealthcare is one of the largest Medicare Supplement insurers in the country. UnitedHealth Group’s 2025 annual report says its Medicare Supplement products served 4.3 million seniors. Size does not make it the cheapest, though. Its prices are strong on some plan letters and middle-of-the-pack or higher on others.
We looked at UnitedHealthcare’s rows in New Jersey’s official September 2026 premium chart, its own plan pages, its company filings and AM Best’s rating actions. We also did the Plan G vs Plan N math on real UnitedHealthcare prices, because that choice saves or costs more money than any discount. For the general version of that decision, see Plan G vs Plan N for 2027.
