Indiana changed its Medicare Supplement laws three times in six years. A 2020 law opened Plan A to people under 65, a 2024 law gave younger enrollees a one-time chance to buy coverage in 2025, and a 2025 law created a yearly birthday switching window that began January 1, 2026. If you live in Indiana, those laws shape when you can buy, when you can switch and what you pay.
This page covers what is special about buying in Indiana for 2027. For the benefits of each plan letter, see our Medicare Supplement Plan G 2027 guide.
