Manhattan Life Medicare Supplement plans are issued by ManhattanLife companies based in Houston, Texas, but ManhattanLife told agents it would stop taking new Medicare Supplement applications after April 30, 2025. ManhattanLife is one of the oldest life insurance names in the country. For years it was a quiet, low-cost choice for Plan G and Plan N in many states. If you already own a ManhattanLife policy, your coverage is safe as long as you pay your premium. If you are shopping, you may need a backup company. Our list of the cheapest Medicare Supplement plans is a good place to start, since benefits for each plan letter are the same at every company.
