Humana Medicare Supplement plans for 2027 come in two lines, a standard (“Value”) line and Humana Achieve, and both sell Plan G, Plan N, Plan A and High-Deductible G in the states we checked. In Nevada’s premium guide, Humana Plan G cost $2,644 a year for a 65-year-old woman in Las Vegas, above the $2,485 median of 14 companies, while New Jersey’s September 2026 chart shows Humana Value Plan N at $128.14 a month for a 65-year-old man.
