Aflac Medicare Supplement plans are issued by Tier One Insurance Company, an Aflac subsidiary, and sold in 42 states with Plans A, F, G and N. In Maryland’s July 2026 rate guide, Aflac’s Plan G for a 65-year-old woman was $213 a month with a 10% household discount available, but its price rose faster with age than several competitors.

Most people know Aflac for cancer, accident and hospital coverage paid in cash. Its Medicare Supplement plans are a separate product, issued by a separate Aflac company, and they work like every other Medicare Supplement: they pay your share of Medicare-approved bills for the plan letter you choose.
We pulled Aflac’s actual rates from the Maryland Insurance Administration’s July 2026 guide, which lists prices at ages 65, 70, 75, 80 and 85. That lets us show something most reviews skip: how Aflac’s price changes as you get older. If you are still choosing a plan letter, our Medicare Supplement Plan G 2027 guide is a good place to start.
